To whom it may concern: I want to take this time to commend one of you employees. I only know him as “Steve”. Steve came to my home on his lunch break to look at my car when it wouldn’t stay started. He worked on it, in my driveway, for about 1/2 hour and fixed the problem I was having. I brought my car back to Benchmark the following day so Steve could properly tuck the wires away. I showed up without calling, and Steve was so nice and accommodating, taking my car right in and fixing it in less than 20 minutes.
